  • Everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Ongoing communication with you via phone/email

  • Assistance contacting your adjuster or employer

  • Review of medical authorizations and denials

  • Monitoring wage benefits and payment issues

  • Guidance during IMEs (Independent Medical Exams) or return-to-work discussions

  • Up to 4 hours of support per month

Best for: Workers nearing the end of their claim who want help maximizing their settlement and closing the claim with confidence.

Includes:

  • All services from Tiers 1 & 2, plus:

  • Help understanding settlement terms (clincher, MSA, etc.)

  • Support during negotiations with adjuster or attorney

  • Assistance with final paperwork and closure steps

  • Up to 6 hours of total support or flat-rate project fee
